If you ever find yourself switching accounts or even whole banks, you can simply fill out the attached form and submit it to us at support@payfirma.com

Note: 

• The account name on the new cheque will need to match your legal business name.
• A printed address is required on the void cheque, or a signed and stamped bank letter. 
• The individual with signing authority on your account will need to sign the change request form.
