If your Payfirma POS is a full point of sale terminal for your business, then having access to a cash drawer for cash payments is a must.
Cash drawers are connected by hooking the drawer to the same router that your printer and iPad are connected to. In the Printer Settings screen, a cash drawer will be automatically detected by the app.
Once your cash drawer is recognized, you just toggle from OFF to ON.
The cash drawer will kick automatically for all cash transactions.
