Changing 'Sold By' Field On Receipts

Social receipts sent through Payfirma HQ include "Sold By:" on the bottom which automatically identifies which employee made the sale. 

If you prefer not to display the person completing the sale, you can enter in a different user ID to display.

Changing Sold By ID:

  1. Log into
  2. Click on the user name in the top right corner and select "My Profile".

  3. Select Edit and change the First Name and Last Name so the two combined will form whatever piece of information you'd prefer to display. If the company name is “Danny Designs Inc," set the first name to "Danny" and the last name to “Designs inc.”.

  4. Click on "Update". This will save the changes. All receipts going forward will display what you've entered instead of the user's name.

    Note: that any additional users on the account will also need their First Name and Last Name changed to the information you choose. This can be done through "Staff".
