If you have enabled “Display Sales person”, your receipts will include a "Sold by:" section on the bottom with the employee that made the sale.
If you don’t want to display the sales person, you can enter a different user ID to display.
To change "Sold by ID":
- Log into PayHQ.
- Click on the username in the top-right corner and select "My Profile".
Select "Edit" and change the first and last names to your preferred display name. For example, if the company name is "ABC Designs Inc.", set the first name to "ABC" and the last name to "Designs Inc.".
- Click "Update" to save the changes. All receipts going forward will display what you've entered instead of the user's name. This has to be manually changed for each user account. This can be done through "Staff".
