Using A Card Reader - Tablet POS

Card readers allow you to capture customer's card data with a simply swipe, rather than manual entry, while maintaining total security.

To use your encrypted card reader from Payfirma:

1. Open the Tablet POS App and log in using your email and password.
2. Insert the card reader to your device's headphone jack, clicking it into place.
3. The app will automatically detect the card.
4. Enter all the items you'd like to sell in the transaction, the same as you would with any POS transaction.
5. Tap Charge, and follow the onscreen instructions to swipe the customer's card, with the stripe facing the thicker side of reader.

After a moment, your transaction will process!
