Changing Your Password


After logging in for the first time, you'll want to change the password that was assigned to your account for security reasons.

To reset your password:

  1. Log into PayHQ. If your account is locked and you are unable to log in,try resetting your password
  2. Click on the name in the top right corner and select “My Profile” from the menu.


  1. Select “Edit” to replace the current password with your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters, and include an upper and lower case letter, a special character, and a number.
  2. Click "Update". 

Your new password is now saved, and you can use it to log into PayHQ on the web or your mobile device.
