If you find that you're having trouble signing in, you can reset your password:
- Click on “Reset Password” from the login screen.
- Enter your email address and select “Reset My Password”. You will see a confirmation screen once it has been sent.
- A link will be emailed to you quickly from no_reply@payfirma.com (check your junk or spam folder if it doesn't appear).
- Click on the link to enter a new password.
If your account is locked because the wrong password was entered too many times, resetting your password will unlock it.
